No matter what class you are taking, you will want to be comfortable and able to move. We offer plenty of options for yoga gear in our boutique!
While we have mats and towels available for purchase and rental, you may wish to bring your own of both. Water and cold-pressed juices are also available at O2living!
If you’re brand new to yoga, it would be best to try some of our beginner classes. Learn more about our classes here
We ask that you leave personal belongings outside of the class room in our cubbies.
You may participate in class if you are able. Please note that all clients will need to sign/agree to our liability waivers listed below.
Yoga Classes
I acknowledge that it is my duty to exercise ordinary care for the protection of myself while under the instruction of O2living. I assume the risk of physical activity in my own physical condition. I have either received advice from my doctor that I am capable of physical exercise such as those provided with O2living, or I will assume the risk of exercising without a doctor’s exam or advice. I take complete responsibility from my presence while under the instruction of O2living and will not hold O2living, Cross River Wellness, teachers, agents or representatives responsible for any injuries that may occur as a result of my participation.

We have some heated classes in our infrared studio and other non-heated classes. You can see all of our class options here.
If you have to leave early and know prior to class, please make sure to let your instructor know.
- A major credit card is required to hold your reservation.
- More than 24 hours notice: Service will be canceled at no charge
- No Shows or less than 24 hours notice, 100% of the service price will be charged.
Sorry, but email appointment cancellations are NOT accepted.
- Cancel at least 1 hour prior to class starting to avoid charges.
