Toasted Almonds with Rosemary and Orange Zest
An Hors d’oeuvres perfect for Thanksgiving day
* Feel free to use your nut of choice, pecans or walnuts will work well too.
-In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and orange juice.
-Pour mixture over almonds and stir until nuts are fully coated.
-Add zest and rosemary, mix well
– 2 cups almonds (toasted at 350˚ for 5-10 minutes)
– 1.5 tbs fresh squeezed orange juice
– 2 tsp olive oil
– 1 tsp orange zest
– 2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
