Seasonal Salad for Autumn!
1/2 Medium-sized head of green cabbage, shredded
1/4 Red onion, sliced thinly
1 Medium red apple, thinly sliced (tossed in lemon juice)
1/3 – 1/2 Cup pomegranate seeds
Handful of golden raisins
Black-pepper for seasoning
1. Add cabbage, onion and apple in a large bowl. Pre-toss the apple in lemon for a touch of tang!
2. Add your dressing of choice to the bowl. We suggest an almond-ginger dressing or even just almond butter!
3. Toss the salad to ensure the dressing is spread all over.
4. Top with pomegranate seeds, golden raisins and a few grinds of black pepper. Your salad is ready to be served!
