Abigail Murthy is a 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified Vinyasa instructor; she is currently attaining her 500 hour certification. She received her training here at O2living from Liz Schulman and Richard Villella. Throughout the past decade, Abigail has maintained an active yoga practice both in Westchester, NYC, and wherever her mat takes her around the world. An avid swimmer and tennis player, she finds yoga to be the perfect companion to all other sports and physical activities.

Kristi is a 500-hr instructor. She was Managing Teacher at NYC's PURE Yoga Upper West Side where she taught challenging Vinyasa classes, along with Slow Flow and beginner classes and private sessions tailored to client's needs. Kristi is certified to teach Pre-natal Yoga and is a Lululemon Ambassador for Lincoln Center's store through which she was chosen to participate in the company's Ambassador Summit in Vancouver, BC., honored for her dedication and commitment to elevating community.

Linda Corso
She is a 200 hr Yoga Alliance certified Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher. She received her training through Ohra Yoga, Michelle Briks. Additionally, she received her Yoga Sculpt teaching certification from Core Power Yoga and is currently studying for her 500 hr certification. She teaches both hot and regular yoga classes.

Michelle Briks
Michelle is the Founder/Director of Ohra Yoga Teacher Training, a 200/300 hour Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance in Mount Kisco, NY. She has been teaching yoga for a decade and has extensive training in Vinyasa and Prana flow styles, Anatomy and Ayurvedic Yoga therapy.

Liz Schulman
Liz Schulman, MA, ERYT-500, has been teaching since 1999. She has a Masters Degree in both Health Education and Stress Management and worked as a health educator prior to becoming a yoga teacher. Liz has spent her entire teaching career fine tuning her skills as a vinyasa teacher and refining her voice to successfully weave breath based movement with challenging choreography and yoga philosophy. Liz has run yoga programs all over the tri-state area and has been training yoga teachers since 2002.

Suzette Haas
Yoga has seen Suzette through multiple careers, from violinist to corporate lawyer to fashion designer. A 200-hour Yoga Alliance-registered yoga instructor, she has been practicing yoga for over a decade.
While trained in Vinyasa yoga, Suzette now considers herself a devoted Ashtanga yoga practitioner, studying exclusively under authorized Ashtanga teacher, Megan Riley.

Renee Simon is a 200 hour yoga alliance certified vinyasa flow yoga teacher. Her yoga classes combine breathe, movement, spirituality, and energy healing to nourish body, mind, and spirit. Each class is unique and transformational. The classes are for beginner and intermediate levels or for anyone who wants to get more flexible and build body strength in a relaxed, healing atmosphere.
